We don’t offer flat-pack granny flats or cut and copied floor plans. Greenwood Homes offer you a completely customised package: from site inspection to design, certification and approval. Whether it be a complying development or DA job – we can take care of the lot. If you already have your own plans, or a preferred architect, then we’re happy to work from the finished plans.
Customised homes, granny flats, or outdoor buildings don’t have to be expensive – we always work to your budget. We treat every project individually to respect the fact that it’s your home, so it must meet your needs. There may be a limitation on space (20-60sqm incl. walls), but what we create within that is completely up to you!
